We present a way for remotely planning an arbitrary single-photon hybrid condition amongst two distant nodes. This remote state planning (RSP) is completed which has a hyper-entangled state in polarization and time-bin levels of freedom (DoFs) using some experimentally available optical aspects and products. Within our RSP, the sender performs unit
